1 Introduction
Bibeasy's terms and conditions ("T&C") form an integral part of this User Agreement and govern the terms for your access to and use of www.bibeasy.com websites, marketplace services, applications, add-on services, digital features and tools ("Services").
To register an account and use our services, you must be at least 16 years old.
By registering an account or using the Services, you accept this User Agreement in its entirety. The agreement is entered into between you and Eduard Moldovan AB, company registration number 5594716101, Tideliusgränd 7 Lgh 0802, 118 69 Stockholm, Sweden ("Bibeasy" or "We").
In order to pay for a purchased item or receive payment for a sold item, you must also accept the applicable payment terms.

2 Scope
Bibeasy is a digital marketplace that enables users to market, sell and buy race entries for sporting events (including running, skiing, cycling, etc.) in accordance with applicable law, race organizers rules and Bibeasy's rules. Bibeasy is not a party to the purchase agreements entered into between buyers and sellers: Bibeasy acts as an intermediary between users (vendors and sellers), assisting in verifying the entry and providing a safe and secure platform for payment.
3 Using Bibeasy
3.1 Prohibited use
To register an account and use our services, you must be at least 16 years old.
Use of our Services requires that you comply with this User Agreement and applicable law and race organizers rules.
You may not use the Services in any way that violates this User Agreement and / or applicable law and / or race organizes rules.
A breach enables bibeasy to take measures in accordance with this User Agreement and applicable law.
When using or accessing the Services, the following is prohibited:
- directly or indirectly violate and / or circumvent applicable law, race organizers rules or this User Agreement;
- market items that are not relevant to our scope and / or are illegal;
- using, or attempting to use our services for fraud or illegal purposes. Bibeasy may take measures against such content in accordance with this User Agreement and applicable law.
- publish or upload content or items that are not relevant to our scope and / or are illegal;
- publish false, misleading, offensive or otherwise improper content;
- use the Services if you lack legal capacity or have been temporarily or permanently suspended;
- take actions to manipulate users rating or feedback systems;
- your account or login credentials are personal and nontransferable to other people / users.
- use bibeasy for purposes other than sell and buy race entries, including solicitation
- distribute viruses, spam or other for malicious purposes;
- use automated tools to scrape bibeasy content, or similar, without bibeasy's prior written consent;
- circumvent technical protection measures, disrupt the functionality of the Services or place an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure;
- collect information about users;
- selling race entries that do not exist or for which you are not the owner
- selling or attempting to sell race entry more than once
- using, or attempting to use, false or misleading information
3.2 General Responsibility
- You are the sole responsible for maintaining your account details and information complete, accurate and up to date
- You are the sole responsible for keeping your account details safe and secure
- Users agree to sell and buy in compliance with timeframe and this terms and conditions
Bibeasy has no general obligation to monitor content published through the Services, and bibeasy does not pre-validate listings prior to when they are published. Bibeasy however reserves the right to take measures in accordance with this User Agreement and applicable law.
3.3 Termination of account
You can terminate your user account by deleting it in the profile page.
If Bibeasy suspects irregularities, Bibeasy can terminate or restrict accounts at any point of time. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before the termination, as long as such rights and obligations are compliant to the provision of the entire section 3 ("Using Bibeasy").
