1 Who we are

2 What we collect
When you register we store your name, email address and language preference. When you list a bib we store the entry details from your race receipt (race, distance, price, registered name and receipt reference). When you buy a bib we store the participant details you submit for the name change (name, email, birth year, gender, club).
3 Who receives your data
Your data is shared only where needed to run the service: our hosting and database provider, Stripe (payments and seller payouts), and the race organiser or their entry system, which receives the buyer's participant details in order to change the name on the entry. We never sell your data.
4 Cookies and storage
We use only strictly necessary session storage to keep you signed in and remember your language. No analytics or advertising cookies are set, so no cookie banner is required.
5 Your rights
You can download a copy of your data and delete your account from your profile page. Account deletion is blocked while a bib transfer is in progress; personal fields on completed orders that must be kept for accounting are anonymised instead of deleted. You may also contact us to exercise any right under the GDPR, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
